Welcome to the forum. I don't think anyone knows for sure but would it not having the newer CPU be a deal breaker for you?

Not at all. We have a 2021XC40 P8. It's not the fastest UI we've had in a car, but it's ok. I would have gladly paid $200 more for the car to get a 2x snappier UI. Give me a $40 CPU and GPU instead of $20 ones.

Here's some good insight into what we can expect for the new UI. I'm not sure if they switching to Qualcomm over Intel in this one but the UI is apparently much better than before.
