Hi Tracie! After the recent (July 2022) Apple CarPlay download, my 2022 C40 locked me out of the car on a 100+ degree Fahrenheit day! Fortunately, I was under a bridge and in the shade so I didn't bake while stranded outside of my own car. It would not recognize the key fob or allow control via the Volvo Cars App at all. I called Volvo using the phone number provided within the app, and they talked me through using the manual key inside the fob to get into the car. The car was inoperable unless the key fob was placed inside the center console in a very specific spot that Volvo told me about while I had them on the phone. My local Volvo dealership said it was a software issue and fixed it, but just yesterday (8/05/22) I started having issues with the sound from Amazon Music being stuck in "loading" mode and not playing. I powered the vehicle off today and will turn it on tomorrow to see what happens. Maybe a good reboot will help. I agree with you 100% -- love the ride, love the car, wish the charging network in southeastern CT was more robust, hope they can work out these bugs -- and I hope I never see that AC issue that you had! What did they say if/when you took it in? Have you had any more issues with it?
